Salvia Sclarea oil In my view is the best Source of Omega 3
Let me ask you a question.
Is Omega 3 good for you?
If your answer to my question is yes then keep reading what I have to say.
This post to let you know why I think Salvia Sclarea oil is by far the best source of omega 3 in the market.
I will share with you my main reasons that in my opinion will lead you to the same conclusion, why the Salvia Sclarea oil is the best source of omega 3.
I also want you to keep in mind that there are a lot more reasons then what I am going to share today.
We have few sources of Omega 3, the main sources are fish oil (the most popular and well known), and people usually relate fish oil with omega 3. The second one is the vegetarian source of Omega 3 the flax oil.
Reason one:
Omega 3 in its natural source is ALA, the only time humans produce ALA it is when a mother breast feeding her baby, only then the baby will get Omega 3 ALA type that is very crucial for his development. The baby’s liver will convert the ALA into EPA and DHA, the exact amounts needed by the body.
Omega 3 fatty acid is ALA EPA and DHA
Fish Oil
You will get only DHA and EPA.
Why? Because the fish eats seaweed the source of Omega 3 (ALA) then the fish liver is converting the ALA into DHA and EPA. You miss on the ALA and our body need all three.
Flax Oil
You will get ALA.
In our body the liver will convert the ALA into DHA and EPA, that way our body is getting all three types of Omega 3 necessary. There is no better device than our body to make a decision how much of each of the Omega types to produce.
Salvia Sclarea Oil:
You will get ALA.
The same as Flax oil, your body will decide how much of each of the Omega 3 types you need.
Reason two:
Today’s eating habits are not as our grandparents, we eat a lot more unhealthy processed food and even though we understand the cost of what we do. We understand the importance of natural and organic food. How significant is the process of the food we eat.
Fish Oil
To extract the oil out of the fish the production companies crush the fish (a whole fish) and by using chemicals and high heating process they separating the DHA and EPA from all of the unwanted substances. The idea behind the process is to make sure that you buy the cleanest and healthiest fish oil possible. The question we need to ask ourselves is it really 100% clean of all the “unwanted” substances.
Flax Oil
The Flax seeds are crushed and go through a chemical and high heating process for the same reason as the fish oil, to get rid of all the “unwanted” substances. The Omega 3 fatty acid is very sensitive to light and heat.
Salvia Sclarea Oil
The Salvia Sclarea seeds are going through a cold press process the same as olive oil is made. The oil is than goes through sifting and direct to the capsules, pure and 100% natural.
Reason three:
If the companies who producing the Fish oil and the Flax oil have to invest in state of the art equipment in order to try the best they can to clean the oils from unwanted substances, than I know there is a risk it is not 100% clean.
Fish Oil
According to health regulation there is an acceptable amount of unwanted substances. If you ask me, even the lowest amount is not acceptable but somehow we learned to live with it. Do I need to mention the level of toxins heavy metals and PCB in our oceans?
Flax Oil
It is the same story with flax oil, the production company will do anything to clean the oil from any unwanted substances. The question I ask myself and you should do the same, is it really 100% clean?
If the Flax oil in its natural form was healthy for us why then it is have to go through cleaning process.
Salvia Sclarea Oil
The oil tested for years in its natural form and all the substances that the scientists could find point further more to the fact “Salvia Sclarea Oil is healthy as is.
The oil is 100% pure and natural.
I have mentioned only 3 reasons so far, why I personally believe thous reasons are more than enough to make my point clear, Salvia Sclarea Oil is the best source of Omega 3 today.
But I want to ask another question.
Knowing what you know now, which source you will give your kids?
Fish oil that has only DHA and EPA and missing the ALA and have the a slight chance of containing “unwanted” substances or Flax oil that is considered an Allergen and contain unhealthy substances, and has been banned by few countries in Europe.
Or Salvia Sclarea Oil
Contain ALA, you get all three ALA EPA and DHA, produced by cold press technology, NO heating NO Chemicals. You get 100% pure and natural oil.
Contain over 100 healthy substances such as natural vitamin E and natural Q10.
Now let me ask you again.
Which Omega 3 source you think is best?
